Lil' Hustler Minibike

The Lil Hustler is a complete ready to ride minibike that's made right here in New Zealand by Army Bay Engineering LTD.

Sporting a 4 hp engine with a 1 year warranty, a hydraulic rear disc brake and aluminium two part split rims for quick and easy tire changes, Lil Hustlers are designed to be the ultimate in simplicity and able to be maintained by anyone, anywhere, with minimal tools on hand. 

The performance is peppy with swift acceleration up to 40kph. The speed can be limited for children easily with a screwdriver adjustment to the governor.

The seat height measures 550mm off the ground, with  handle bars high enough to fit an adults knees under. The Lil Hustler is not suitable for rough terrain use or jumping, Flat grass and paved areas are most suited.

Powered by a reliable 208cc 4-stroke Robin engine, the Orange Mini Bike generates up to 7.0 horsepower. Thanks to its air-cooled system and gravity-fed carburetor, the engine runs cooler and lasts longer—requiring less maintenance over time. As a result, you get fast acceleration and smooth throttle response during every ride.

Unlike traditional motorcycles, this bike features a fully automatic transmission with a centrifugal clutch or torque converter. That means there’s no gear-shifting—just twist the throttle and go. This user-friendly design makes it easy to ride, yet powerful enough to satisfy even seasoned riders.

Despite its compact size, the Orange Mini Bike delivers big on strength. It weighs just 70–80 lbs fueled, making it light enough to move easily but tough enough to support adult riders. The rugged 6-inch off-road tires (4.10/3.50-6) offer excellent grip on dirt and pavement, while the 5-inch ground clearance ensures stable, off-road-ready handling.

With a 3.5–4 liter fuel tank, this bike delivers an impressive range of up to 90 miles per fill. Best of all, it arrives fully fueled and ready to ride—no extra prep required.
